Starting September 1st, all myFirstFone devices will be upgraded from the “myFirstFone” app to the “myFirst Circle” app.
As part of the upgrade, the device will have new software and will be reset to factory settings, so all photos and data will be lost. Please save your data in advance.
Also, myFirstFone will no longer be available, so please download the new “myFirst Circle” app.
Before binding the new app to your watch, you will need to set up a new account in the myFirst Circle app and also create a “child account”.
