What Distance?

We get it. Families can’t always be together. That’s why we want to make sure everyone stays connected, no matter how far away they might be: down the street, across the country, or a world away.

You know how Grandma and Grandpa are always complaining about not seeing enough pics of their grandkids? These are the solutions they’ve been waiting for — all wrapped up in beautiful, easy-to-use digital frames and smart home displays.

Here’s the thing though… these digital picture frames are perfect for you home too. And they’ll definitely give all those photos that never see the light of day on your phone brand new life.

How to Choose the Perfect Digital Photo Frame

Don’t just go on Amazon and choose the first digital photo frame that pops up, as you can bet there wasn’t a lot of thought put into it. What you need is clarity, easy of use, and something that won’t break the bank. Easy, right?

  • Elegant Decor: No, you don’t need a monocle to have a digital frame that’s meant to look great in your home, making it feel more stately than you could imagine. Our Frame Live comes with two interchangeable frame borders — one white, one wood — to look great in any environment. And with a 10 inch, anti-glare screen, you bet people will stop and watch your memories go by.

Digital Frames FAQ

You’d think the world of digital frames would be straightforwards and without question — but that’s not the case! Here are some answers for the most curious of shoppers:
  • How do I send photos to the frame remotely?
It’s a very simple process via the free myFirst Circle App. Think of it as a feed you’re adding your images too, based on your circle. If you have other family members also part of that circle, they can add to the frame as well — from anywhere!
  • Can multiple family members connect to the same frame?
Hey, hold on now! We just answered this in the previous question — yes, absolutely! Add family member to your circle and share away to the same frame.

  • Does the person receiving the frame need a smartphone or tech skills to use it?
Not if you set it up for them and they just want to enjoy it!
If they want to add their own photos, they will either need a smartphone to send pics remotely, or access to a computer to load pictures onto an microSD card.Either way, the learning curve is not steep and remains simple.
  • Does myFirst require a monthly subscription to share photos?
Nope! The myFirst Circle app is free, and accounts are also free. No subscription required.
  • What happens if the frame runs out of storage or loses Wi-Fi?
If you run out of storage, you have a few options. You can use a larger microSD card, or you could tweak your frame’s gallery and curate photos where you remove some and add the fresh ones you want.If the frame loses connection to Wi-Fi, it will continue to operate based on the gallery it had access to before the loss of connection.
  • Are photos sent to digital frames private and secure from third-party data collection?
    Yes, to both.
  • Can I load photos via SD card or USB drive without internet?
    Yes, absolutely, via SD card.
